Illumaires

I cancelled 5 marketing subscriptions. $135 a month.

Illumaires is the AI marketing app I'm building to replace them. One bill, from $29/mo. Made for solo founders.

Email only. No card. One email when Illumaires opens.

What I was paying every month

Monthly cost of the five subscriptions compared with Illumaires
ChatGPT Plus$20.00
Canva Pro$18.00
Buffer Essentials 3 channels$15.00
Mailchimp Essentials 500 contacts$13.00
Jasper Pro$69.00
Total per month$135.00
Illumaires Profrom $29/mo

That's $106 a month less, or $1,272 a year.

Oct 2026 US list prices, one user, no promos. Monthly billing, except Buffer's annual-billing rate.

Why I'm building this

I run my own business, so marketing is one of the hats I wear. For years I kept adding tools to cover it: one for writing, one for design, one for scheduling, one for email, one for AI copy.

Each made sense when I signed up. Together they were five logins, five bills and a lot of copying text between tabs. I couldn't say what the stack cost me each month. When I added it up, it was $135.

I cancelled all five and started building Illumaires so I'd have one place to do the work. It's for people in the same spot: working alone, paying for too many subscriptions.

What it will be

  • One app, one bill. It's being built to replace the five subscriptions above.
  • Made for one person. For solo founders, not teams with a marketing department.
  • A price you can see. Plans start at $29/mo. No per-seat pricing to decode.

It won't do everything those five tools do. It'll cover what I need, with one bill instead of five.

Planned pricing

  • From $29/mo for Pro
  • $249/yr for Pro Annual

Founding Member is $97 one-time for lifetime Pro access, limited to 100 people. See the details on Gumroad

Planned launch prices. They may change before launch. Savings compare against the $135/mo list above, not necessarily your stack.

Questions

Is this just another tool to manage?

It's one more login, yes. The point is to replace five. If you keep paying for the old ones too, you haven't saved anything, and I'd rather you wait than double up.

Isn't the DIY stack cheaper?

A lean stack of ChatGPT or Claude, Canva and Buffer runs about $53 a month on the plans I was paying for, and less on free tiers or fewer channels. If it works for you, keep it.

Will it replace everything those five tools do?

No. The goal is to replace the five subscriptions in my own workflow. I won't claim it matches every feature.

When can I use it?

It's still being built, so there's no opening date yet. Join the waitlist and I'll email you when it opens.

Where do these prices come from?

US list prices, checked Oct 21, 2026. They're monthly-billing prices, except Buffer, which is its annual-billing rate. They exclude promos, and prices change, so check each vendor's page before deciding.
